  25. I would encourage you to give the new Business Modem technology from Hayes a 
  26. look.  You get all of the latest features (voice, caller-id, distinctive ring, 
  27. security, remote configuration, etc), and I think you'll find it to be rock 
  28. solid in terms of connectivity.  As for the older platforms, if anyone has one 
  29. of the older platforms and is not getting satisfactory performance from it, I 
  30. would encourage them to email us at "support@os.hayes.com" and give us a 
  31. chance to resolve their problems.
