- I would encourage you to give the new Business Modem technology from Hayes a
- look. You get all of the latest features (voice, caller-id, distinctive ring,
- security, remote configuration, etc), and I think you'll find it to be rock
- solid in terms of connectivity. As for the older platforms, if anyone has one
- of the older platforms and is not getting satisfactory performance from it, I
- would encourage them to email us at "support@os.hayes.com" and give us a
- chance to resolve their problems.
